Customer service at Retreat Self-Care is about understanding
and anticipating the needs of our members. Every member who
enters our doors will be greeted with a smile and serviced immediately.
At Retreat Self-Care we understand that individuals are on a
limited time schedule, therefore no member will have to wait
in the reception area when they are scheduled to receive a treatment.
Additionally, absolutely no tips will be accepted by staff persons.
Our goal at Retreat Self-Care is to allow our members to utilize
the center’s services without any pressure to tip. The
greatest tip a member can give is a referral of our services!
